Perhaps the question should be phrased this way,in keeping with modern lingo,'WHY DON'T NOBODY DO NOTHING?'
Perhaps the question is really this: WHY DOESN'T SOME BODY DO SOME THING?
Then the other question might well be this" WHY DO NOT NO BODY DO NO THING?
What if nobody did anything and everybody did nothing?
